  Regenexx Las Vegas is led by Joshua Goodwin, M.D., FAAPMR. He is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and has trained in musculoskeletal and interventional spine medicine. Building on his specialty in the spine, neck, and back, Dr. Goodwin offers the Regenexx PL-Disc and Regenexx DDD procedures along with other regenerative therapies at Regenexx Las Vegas. Dr. Goodwin works with patients to increase function and avoid surgeries through innovative regenerative procedures. With each patient, he starts by identifying the underlying structural or biomechanical problem causing pain and then works with the patient to find the best solution to help treat and prevent the recurrence of pain or injury.
